Solo Travel to Busan -- Taejongdae (Part 2)
Hello there !
Assalamualaikum
As i mentioned before, let me tell you the easiest way to go to Taejongdae from Gamcheon Cultural Village.
If you find this uncle, it means that you're in right track :) .. keep going down and you'll find Signboard BUS NO 17. If im not mistaken, you'll see about 4 or 5 times the signboard and makesure you didn't lost.
After that, you'll arrive at junction. Turn RIGHT (there no way to turn left otherwise you might to hike the village again!).
Okay remember, TURN RIGHT :) .. you'll walk around 3 minutes then you'll see the classic mini bus stand (THE BUS NO 17 IS WHITE COLOR). You can ask the bus driver like "Taejongdae?" -- he'll reply you. Don't worry.
From Gamcheon Village you need to drop off at NAMPO -DONG (pls alert w/ the announcement). And then take bus no 8 or bus no 30 to Taejongdae.
From Nampo-Dong to Taejongdae might take 30 minutes. It is because, Taejongdae drop is at the last station. So, be patient and enjoy the view. If you had to standing, it's okay ! >_<
Alright, after the bus drop you, then walk about 3 mins again till you see this big sign of TAEJONGDAE

jjajjangg !!
I suggest you to ride mini train call "DANUBI TRAIN". But i got bitter memories here. :@
I asked the guy from information centre about the train because i saw about 3 trains in front of their office. He told me to wait there. It was raining. Heavy rains pour w/o mercy and i waited like a stupid person :@
Actually, to take the train, you need to hike about 3 min till you see the train ticket counter !!!!!! . Luckily my brain got connected when i saw many people went up and why no one wait here with me. hmmmmm.....
Hahaha but it's okay ~~ :) :) :)
The train will cost you 3000 won. There're the schedule of the train and you can get the free map of the train.
This is the Danubi Train Map
Yellow spot : Taejongdae bus stop
Green spot : Taejongdae entrance and ticket booth
Red 1 : Taewon Pebble Yard
Red 2 : Observation Deck (Statue of Mother and Children)
Red 3 : Sinseon Rock, Mangbu Rock + Yeongdo Lighthouse + Lighthouse Pebble Yard
But please be alert that during rains, the train might not be use. Instead they will use bus. I don't know about this and waited about 1 hours like crazy because I thought the bus is for other services. hahaha (THIS IS WHEN AT THE STOP YEONGDO LIGHTHOUSE TO STARTING POINT)
Anyway, it's worth to come here. If you have time, you can visit the restaurant and try their seafood ! :)
